Iconic Opponents: CORE presents a terrorist organization set on world domination. Within are details on the organization; its leadership; common gear, weapons, and vehicles; and members. Among the latter are the Elite, CORE’s team of supervillains.

A series of “caper” ideas are included to help Gamemasters incorporate CORE into their game. There’s also a “Your World No Longer” section that provides a framework for running a game wherein CORE succeeds at conquering the world.
